1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all ticket sales and attendance for Juste Debout (the “Event”), organized by Juste Debout Production (the “Organizer”).
By purchasing a ticket, the attendee (“Participant”) agrees to comply with these terms without reservation.

2. Tickets & Access

• Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by the Organizer.

• Each ticket grants access to the areas and dates specified only.

• The Organizer reserves the right to limit ticket quantities and refuse access in case of fraud, resale, or breach of the rules.

• No replacement will be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

• Entry is valid only with a valid ticket containing a unique QR code issued by the Organizer.

3. No Refund / Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be made once payment is confirmed.

• In case of postponement, the ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date.

• If the event is cancelled entirely, a refund procedure may be initiated at the Organizer’s discretion, excluding service or processing fees.

4. Event Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify the program, artists, judges, or schedule for organizational or safety reasons.

• Change the venue or dates if necessary, without constituting a cancellation.

• Interrupt or delay the event due to technical, weather, or security issues.

No refund shall be due in these cases.

5. Access & Behavior

• Access may be refused to any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, or dangerous.

• No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or illegal items are permitted within the venue.

• Bags and belongings may be subject to security checks.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• By entering the venue, participants agree to comply with staff instructions and safety measures at all times.

6. Recording, Image & Media Rights

By attending the event, all participants grant the Organizer full rights to:

• Record, film, and photograph the event and attendees.

• Use these images or recordings, free of charge, worldwide, and for an unlimited duration, for promotion, communication, or media broadcasting (TV, online, social media, advertising, etc.).

Participants waive any right to claim image compensation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Attendance is at each participant’s own risk.

• The Organizer shall not be held liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the event.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings.

• Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

In such cases, the Organizer may postpone or cancel the event without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials related to Juste Debout (logos, visuals, texts, images, videos, website content) are the exclusive property of the Organizer.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during ticket purchases or participation are used exclusively for event management, communication, and legal purposes.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France).
